Pipeline is committed to bringing the best workplace experience to entrepreneurs, start-ups, independent professionals, and small business teams through community building, innovative and functional design, a dynamic learning environment, and a desirable location.


Our motivation for creating Pipeline was born out of our own frustrations while trying to find a decent place to work. After working from home offices, coffee houses, dull corporate offices, and even traditional executive suites, we became consumed with the idea of creating the optimal workplace experience. A place we would want to work in ourselves. Since the inception of that idea, it’s fair to say we have become a little obsessed with creating an inspired work community at Pipeline.

Our Team
Todd Oretsky
Todd is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, acquired and exited several companies. He began his professional career as a corporate lawyer at the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and has structured and advised on over $20 billion of debt and equity offerings. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a law degree from New York University School of Law. Todd is a member (and past board member) of Entrepreneur’s Organization and is on the board of several companies. In addition, Todd is on the Board of Advisors to Florida International University’s Global Entrepreneurship Center.
Philippe Houdard
Prior to co-founding Pipeline, Philippe founded SkyBank Financial and served as its CEO. He is also founder and president of Developing Minds Foundation, an organization that builds schools and supports education projects in areas affected by armed conflict and poverty. Previously, he served in executive positions in sales, marketing, and mergers & acquisitions for mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Miami Downtown Development Authority. Philippe graduated with a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a BS in Business Administration from University of Florida.
Angela Bradley
Director of Regional Operations
As General Manager, Angela is responsible for day to day operations and delivering a superior customer experience at Pipeline Brickell. Prior to this role, she managed New Media Accounts for Warner Music Latin America, overseeing initiatives for customers in the US, Latin America and Caribbean. She is immediate past president of the Peruvian Club of Florida and remains on the board of directors. Angela graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
Josh Dubin
Director of Programs & Strategy
Josh Dubin has nearly a decade of experience in event production. While working for the City of Philadelphia, Josh organized professional development events and town hall gatherings focused on serving the city’s creative and cultural sectors, as well as a performing arts series that showcased local talent in City Hall courtyard. Since 2009, Josh has also produced Bloktoberfest, an annual non-profit street fair that welcomes over 25,000 attendees from throughout Greater Philadelphia. Josh previously served as Executive Director of Franklin’s Paine Skatepark Fund, where he developed programming for Philadelphia’s growing network of public skateparks. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a Center City resident.
Yolaine Gil
General Manager, Brickell
Before becoming part of Pipeline, Yolaine managed the Lindamood-Bell Miami office and their seasonal international locations. After earning a BA in Psychology from Florida International University in 2013, she helped them reach students struggling with learning disabilities across South Florida, Puerto Rico, and Barbados. Now, she brings her experience in operations and client service to the Pipeline Brickell team. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, being a foodie, and traveling.
Juan Pablo Luncumilla
Community Manager, Brickell
Prior to joining Pipeline, Juan Pablo served the luxurious community of Fisher Island as the hotel's Guest Service Supervisor. While attending the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality, he extended his operations experience in hotel properties throughout South Florida. Juan Pablo is currently a student in the University of Miami, and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his loved ones as well as playing sports with friends.
Ana Camargo
General Manager, Coral Gables
Before joining our team, Ana Camargo studied Graphic Design in Venezuela and received her BA in Marketing and Business Communications in Madrid, Spain. Afterwards she worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager distributing Hasbro and Mattel toys for the Caribbean Islands and LATAM markets and as an Events Manager for a catering company where she developed great passion for developing unique experiences for customers. On her free time, she loves doing Yoga, going to the beach, dancing flamenco and spending time with her love ones.
Ivanna Buraye
Community Manager, Coral Gables
Prior to joining the Pipeline team, Ivanna worked for the AC Hotel by Marriott. While there, she completed a Manager-In-Training program with Marriott International, and had the opportunity to serve as a supervisor for various departments including sales, front desk, food and beverage, and housekeeping. These experiences honed her ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while also focusing on multicultural sensitivity and awareness. She now brings her in-depth understanding of customer and consumer dynamics to our Pipeline community. She is currently a student at Florida International University, and enjoys watching movies and kayaking in her spare time.
Ivan Gutierrez
General Manager, Doral
Before joining the Pipeline Family, Ivan was part of Norwegian Cruise Line where he helped with all guests, national and international, on cruises all over the world. Prior to NCL, he studied and graduated from Florida International University in 2015, during which time he worked with AmeriPark moving up quickly to Business Developer within 3 years. In that role he was able to develop markets in Dadeland Mall, Miami Design District, and The Falls. Ivan enjoys playing soccer, spending time with his family, and going to the beach with his two beautiful English bulldogs.
Andrea Romero
Community Manager, Doral
Before joining our Doral location, Andrea received a bachelor's degree in Communications focused on Public Relations with a minor in Social Media and E-Marketing Analytics from Florida International University. In her previous professional experiences, she has managed offices and property throughout the South Florida region. Andrea also handled events for Miami Ironside, giving her the experience needed to understand logistics, press, and networking. On her spare time Andrea enjoys being active and spending time with her family, including her dog.
Tiffany Murphy
General Manager, Fort Lauderdale
Before joining the Pipeline Family, Tiffany utilized her extensive background and over 10 years of experience in hospitality and sales management to propel the operational success of numerous hotels and marketing companies across the east coast including Embassy Suites and the Doubletree by Hilton. Tiffany possesses vast knowledge and experience in organizational and staff development, community outreach, and program development. In her spare time, you can find Tiffany exploring her passion for boating, trying new restaurants, or traveling to new places.
Ben Sugarman
Community Manager, Fort Lauderdale
Benjamin is a graduate from the University at Albany, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. In his professional career, he has worked for the City of Saratoga Springs, Marriott International and completed an internship at Mobitech, a start-up mobile marketing company in Tel Aviv, Israel. Benjamin continues his learning by contributing as a member of Fownders, an organization that connects and educates entrepreneurs from all over the USA. He spends his free time expressing his creativity as a photographer and painter organizing shows in south Florida and as a street artist painting murals around the globe.
Gregory A. Stott
General Manager, Orlando
Pipeline Orlando’s General Manager, Gregory Stott, was previously CFO for DavidBromstad Designs (headed by HGTV personality David Bromstad). During his career there, Gregory established partnerships with a number of Fortune 500 companies including Dupont, Nestlé, and Sherwin Williams. Prior to this, he was Financial Advisor for 13 years with AG Edwards and Sons and Met-Life, and he was also founder and owner of his own firm Stanford Stott Wealth Management. Gregory is Vice Chair on the SAVE Foundation’s board of directors and has worked with many charity organizations such as Safe Schools and Wounded Warriors.
Krystal Guzman
Community Manager, Orlando
Before joining Pipeline Orlando, Krystal’s career first started in the sports and entertainment industry as part of an Event Management team with Andy Frain Services. She specialized in working with prestigious accounts such as the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, and Primetime Emmy Awards. Her diverse experience includes, managing large security and guest services teams for major sporting events with NFL, NBA, and MLS teams at Orlando venues. She is a graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Event Management. In her free time, you can find her adding to her collection of vinyl records, and spending time with family.
Lindsay Tillery
General Manager, Philly
Lindsay is responsible for community management at Pipeline Philly, where she oversees all aspects of membership. She has extensive familiarity with retail management and customer service, including previous work experiences at Victoria’s Secret, Gap and other leading brands. Lindsay also handled events for Skai Blue Media, coordinating logistics, public relations and marketing and vendor management. She is a graduate of Rowan University.
Amy Boyd
Community Manager, Philly
Prior to becoming part of the Pipeline team, Amy interned in the office of Philadelphia City Councilwoman Cherelle Parker. She supported many aspects of the office, but the ultimate goal of these actions was to support community building, visioning, and problem solving in the Ninth Councilmanic District of Philadelphia. Amy also worked as a caregiver, serving people with diverse needs. She facilitated and planned various community events, outings, recreational groups, and life skills trainings. Amy also holds an AS in Human Services from Lane College, and a BS in Community Development from Temple University. She is also currently working towards a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning at Temple University.
Tayyib Smith
Partner, Philly
Tayyib has long been a successful conduit between artist, niche brands, and the music industry, earning the respect of corporate brands for his unique ability to connect with the hearts and minds of the trend-setting youth market via facilitation of successful relationships. His marketing reputation was further solidified through his work with SCION, introducing the brand to the Philadelphia region through a series of underground marketing initiatives. He has also worked with such clients as Nike, Heineken USA, Greater Philadelphia Tourism and Marketing Corporation, and Red Bull, and showcased artists such as Diplo, Common, The Roots, Questlove, Talib Kweli, and John Legend. Presently, Tayyib serves on the Philadelphia Jazz Project Brain Trust funded by the William Penn Foundation, the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia chapter of the Recording Academy and on the planning committee for Philly Tech Week.
Meegan Denenberg
Partner, Philly
Meegan most recently served as the marketing director of PhillyCarShare, Ms. Denenberg’s initiatives helped increase membership sixfold. In her 20+ years in the industry, she has also developed and executed programs for Manhattan based guerrilla marketing firms and conducted national promotions for a variety of clients, including Discovery Channel, the Weather Channel, HBO, Wowee Toys, Clorox, Avirex and K-Swiss. Denenberg’s public relations work has included notables in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries, including MANA Cosmetics, Lord & Berry Cosmetics, Charlie Rocket children’s wear and Laundry by Shelli Segal.
Seidy Sleiman
General Manager, Tampa
Prior to heading our Doral location, Seidy received a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master in Business Administration and a Master in Human Resource Management. In her previous professional experiences, she managed offices and supervised several retail stores in Venezuela, leading her to understand the roles of leadership, management, employee relations and team work. Besides learning about business and playing the piano, in her free time she is sharing sweets and treats with others, recreating different recipes, and experiencing various baking techniques.
Kate Hoenicke
Community Manager, Tampa
Prior to joining Pipeline, Kate received her Bachelors Degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida. She then worked at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate for 8 years, where she worked her way up to becoming a Group Sales Manager. In her free time, Kate enjoys exploring Tampa with her family.
